23. Update CMA as needed

25. Schedule open house on personal website

26. Hold Open Houses

27. Organize Broker’s Open for maximum exposure

28. Hold Broker’s Open House with refreshments

29. Phone potential buyers with details of listing

30. Send info on property for sale to prospects through general

mailouts

31. Be available for showings of your property

32. Arrange for showings for other agents
